Independent consultants was established in 2002 in Islamabad. From the start, the firm was focused on providing architectural consultancy, which meant schematic design presentations, visualization, and development of detailed drawings and documents, coordination with other consultants and engineers. The firm successfully handled residential and housing projects in Islamabad working in the capacity as consultants and participated in open competitions.

In 2004 Lahore office was established and architectural consultancy was the primary service offered.

By 2006 the firm was approached by clients both in Lahore and Islamabad to provide turn key solution for their interior works. It was decided to expand resources and make relevant changes to incorporate construction management. As a result new people were hired to control and monitor the execution of Interior projects.

In Nov 2008 Bahria Town (Pvt.) Ltd. hired Independent Consultants as associate consultant for their upcoming 15 storey building in Lahore. Nayyar Ali Dada & associates are the main architectural consultants.

In Jan 2009 it was decided to invest in Project Management trainnings and certifiations, resulting in introduction to Project management guidlines set by PMI (Project Management Institute, USA) in every project. 

Its been 4 years and 26 projects both in Islamabad and Lahore in which INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS has provided turn key solution for interior works for multinationals as well as local establishments.
